He was the Managing Director/CEO of Opexcorp Investments Limited, prior to which he was Head of the Investment Management Division at Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, a leading Insurance Company with a focus on Insurance Underwriting in Nigeria. Having worked at various Commercial and Investment Banking outfits, Sola is a well-grounded finance expert with vast experience in Business & Project finance, financial engineering, and business incubation. Oluwafemi Samuel OKUSANYA, MBA, FGIB, is a seasoned financial services expert with over 3 decades of professional experience in structured financing, corporate and investment banking, credit analysis, loan work-out and recovery, and asset-backed financing. 

Prior to his current role as the General Manager/COO of Parkstone Properties Limited, Oluwafemi has served in multiple C-suite management roles, including, Assistant General Manager  & GM at Accion MicroFinance Bank Limited, General Manager at Associated MicroFinance Bank Limited and

Head of Mutual Funds and Equity Trading at Integrated Capital Services Limited ( former subsidiary of IBTC / Chartered Bank plc)  amongst others. 

Oluwafemi holds an MBA in Finance from Lagos State University and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB) and the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN). He has participated in various management training such as Capacity Building for MFB operators in Nigeria, facilitated by the Central Bank of Nigeria, Stock Trading Techniques by the West Africa Capital Market School, Practical Portfolio Management, by Beaufort Institute, South Africa, Technical Analysis for Traders and Investment Analysts, by the Chartered Institute of Stockbrockers, and many more.

He is currently the Managing Director of Assetium Capital Management Limited, prior to which he spearheaded the Finance and Billing Department Linkserve Limited, served at ipNX Nigeria Limited, Pendaxia Limited, and Sovereign Finance Company Limited amongst others.

Adeniyi Saliu possesses over 21 years of experience in insurance, investment banking, entrepreneurship, and politics. He is currently the Managing Director of Prime Arbitrage Limited, a reputable consultancy firm in Lagos offering Business Management Consulting, Financial Advisory, Logistics, and Concierge services, and co-founded Boston Advisory Services Limited, a prominent investment banking firm in Lagos, Commodities and Financial Services Limited, a company trading in bonds and financial instruments, and Accentril Global Services Limited, offering logistics and courier services. He briefly served as a Local Government Chairman in politics.

Since starting his career at Industrial and General Insurance Limited, Adeniyi has served in various capacities in reputable organisations, including Head of Administration and Logistics at HEIRS/UBA Insurance Limited, Head of Business Development (Ogun State) at Standard Alliance Insurance Plc, Divisional Head of Financial Institutions at BGL Securities Limited.
